Brad Weidinger, Founder
A finance graduate from Hofstra University, Brad transitioned into real estate with a distinct mission: to serve as a trusted advocate for homeowners. He quickly realized that houses are rarely just about the brick and mortar—they are about the people within those four walls. Brad specializes in creating tailored solutions that rescue equity and protect families during life’s unexpected challenges. Under his leadership, the team focuses on delivering upfront value, transparency, and certainty when it matters most.
Originally from Philadelphia, Brad now calls Palm Beach County home, where he is extremely active in the community and looks to make a continued impact for years to come.
Gavin Harvey, Director of Acquisitions
Gavin’s role at Paper Street Property Group is defined by his ability to lead with empathy and optimism. As the first point of contact for many homeowners, he has a talent for navigating difficult situations with a warm, steady hand and a clear focus on the client’s best interest. Gavin pairs his professional drive with a relentless pursuit of excellence and a passion for helping people succeed. A Florida native, he enjoys sports, beach days, and time with his family, his girlfriend, and his dogs.
